    HISTORY

    Same California owner and hangared for the last 13 years. Complete history will be posted upon receipt of FAA records. We own this aircraft and is hangared at our facility in Placerville, California. Gear retraction while taxiing in 1972 and 1999. Major overhaul afterwards (1999). Only damage other than prop was to gear doors. Repaired with factory new Beech parts in both instances. No hail. All logs since new.
