    INTERIOR

  • The cloth interior is in excellent condition. No cracked plastic, no stains, rips or tears. Many new, recent pieces replaced in the last year. New headliner, New carpet, New pedistal, Door jambs repainted and dash cover is in new condition. Pilot and passenger kick panels also in very good condition.The windshield, and side glass in excellent condition. The seat fabric is in very good condition and has all four headrests. Rated 8 out of 10.

    EXTERIOR

  • Recent paint refurb' on original paint. Overall Vestal White with Dark Blue Major and Orange Minor in the original Factory Scheme. Rated 8 out of 10.

    HISTORY

    Delivered New to California in August 1978. Four California Owners since New. Hangared since new and it shows. All owners took very good care of the aircraft as evidenced by attention to important details and this is reflected in the logbooks. The aircraft had the firewall replaced due to a bounced landing in 1997 at 2650 hours. Excellent repair. All 337's on file. No Hail. All Log Books since New. This is a very well cared for, well maintained, efficient and high performance 182. Over $15,000 spent in the last three annuals. The Peterson Performance overhauls are done to zero time-new tolerances. Take off distance is reduced 25%, 140 to 145 KTS True airspeed on 11 GPH above 8,000 feet.
