    HISTORY

Confirmed genuine hours. Two private owners in Maine and New Hampshire from new until 2000. We sold this aircraft to the current Nevada owner in 2000. He has now bought a Baron and we are selling it for him. A rare low time original float kitted 180. On and off floats and skis in 1977 and 1978. Fresh water operations only. All Logs Since New. No Known Damage. For the layman out there, all Cessna 180's from 1977 to 1981 and Cessna 182's from 1977 to 1986 have the higher compression O-470-U engine. This Engine produces the rated type, certificated 230 HP at a lower rpm (2400 RPM vs. 2600 RPM for O-470-S), Cessna claims rate of climb is improved 13 percent and primary purpose is to reduce noise.
